Getting started
No more than three projects at any one time. That's deliberate. It means Tim is across every build, every detail, every week.
We are based in Gerringong and build across the South Coast and Southern Highlands. On the coast, we work through Kiama, Berry, Shoalhaven, Gerroa, Jamberoo, Shellharbour, Thirroul and Austinmer. In the highlands, we cover Bowral, Berrima, Exeter and surrounding villages.

Design & construct
Every project is priced individually based on your brief, site conditions and design. We provide a clear preliminary cost estimate early in the process, with a fixed-price contract issued once design and approvals are finalised.
All of them. We coordinate designers, engineers, certifiers and council on your behalf.
Yes. We work alongside external architects and designers and combine your vision with our construction expertise to deliver a well-executed result.
We handle design coordination in house. If you already have plans or an architect you want to work with, that works too. We collaborate with external architects and designers regularly.

During the build
We host a handover celebration at your new home with everyone who helped bring it to life. Not a hamper and a set of keys. A proper acknowledgement of what has been built and who built it.
All variations are managed through Buildertrend. Nothing changes without your knowledge and sign-off. You have a full record of every decision in your personal portal throughout the build.
Through Buildertrend, our online project management platform. Once your project begins you get secure access to your own account where you can view schedules, daily logs, photos, documents and progress updates in real time. You can communicate directly with our team through the portal and receive notifications at key milestones.
Ten to twelve months depending on the complexity of the project. We give you a clear schedule upfront and keep you informed throughout.
Passive House
Our focus is on how your home works, not just how it looks. We integrate high-performance building principles — airtightness, insulation, quality detailing — into every project. The result is a home that is more comfortable, healthier to live in, and significantly more energy efficient than a standard build.
Yes. There is a higher upfront cost, but the return comes through significantly lower energy bills, year-round comfort and a home that performs consistently for decades. It is less about spending more and more about investing in a home that costs less to live in and performs better over its lifetime.
Consistent temperatures, excellent air quality and a quieter indoor environment. The common frustrations of a standard home — drafts, temperature swings, high energy bills — are designed out from the start.
