We work with a consistent, select group of trades chosen for workmanship and reliability. Not whoever is available. The same standard applies across every stage of the build.
Stage 1:
First conversation
We start with a conversation about your project, your site and your goals. This is where we establish whether we're the right fit, understand your brief and give you an honest picture of what's involved.
Stage 2:
Planning and design
We work through the design in detail, whether through our Design and Construct service or alongside your architect. Budget, buildability and construction detail are factored in from the start, not bolted on at the end.
Stage 3:
Approvals and documentation
We coordinate all consultants, engineers, certifiers and council requirements on your behalf. Construction drawings, job schedule and your fixed-price contract are all prepared and confirmed before we break ground.
Stage 4:
Construction
On-site work begins with a clear schedule and a dedicated team. Tim is on site regularly, across every detail, every week. You follow progress in real time through Buildertrend with daily updates and photos throughout.
Stage 5:
Handover
We walk through the finished home with you, cover everything you need to know, and hand over all documentation. Then we celebrate properly. Not a hamper and a set of keys. A proper acknowledgement of what has been built.
