Design & Construct

One team. One contract.
From first sketch to final handover.

How it works

Modern white house entrance with wooden columns and large stone planters with greenery.

Stage 1: Discovery

We meet on site or at our office to understand your project, your brief, your non-negotiables and your budget. From there we provide a tailored fee proposal.

Stage 2: Concept Agreement

We work with our architect and draftsman to bring your vision to life within budget. You receive concept drawings, 3D renders, a floor plan, preliminary cost estimate and DA lodgement where required.

Why it works
for you

One point of contact

No gaps between your designer and your builder.
We manage both, so nothing gets lost in translation.

Cost control from day one.

Your budget is part of the brief from the first conversation. Design decisions are tested against it before anything is locked in.

No surprises.

A fixed-price contract means you know exactly what you're getting before construction begins.
